The New Balance 550 ‘White Astro Dust’ delivers an essential two-tone colorway of a heritage hoops shoe originally released in 1989. Reintroduced to the masses in 2020, the low-top utilizes a white leather upper with a tonal suede forefoot overlay and faded red accents. They land on the shoe’s padded mesh collar, TPU heel clip, and various branding elements, which include the Flying NB logo that decorates the back heel. The sneaker rides on a sturdy cupsole, fitted with a lightweight foam wedge and underpinned by a scarlet rubber outsole.
