The Teddy Santis x New Balance 990v4 Made in USA ‘Hi-Lite’ features a white mesh upper overlaid with neon green suede, with the latter component outlined in synthetic nubuck detailing in a dark green hue. A black ‘N’ logo decorates the quarter panel, while a flag label atop the tongue denotes the shoe’s domestic pedigree. A vintage off-white finish is applied to New Balance’s ENCAP midsole, which combines a lightweight foam core with a durable polyurethane rim.
